Starbucks has established unique stores in over 70 countries with various growth models including; licensing, joint ventures and company owned. The challenge? An off-balance solution that includes demand planning, warehousing, transportation, customer service and installation or delivery support.
To support their growth, Caliber helps Starbucks with the placement of Purchase Orders at their local or regional partners. After uploading product specifications to our system, the complete process starts off; from supplier management, to the generation of shipping documentation and picking up the materials at the supplier's locations, to the final (white glove) on demand delivery at the construction site.
From Caliber’s office in Toronto, we actively support Starbuck’s operations across Canada. Caliber also supports Starbucks (and some of their licensed partners) in the USA and EMEA regions. We support many of their new retail store openings and the implementation of their new store designs. In addition, Caliber diligently finishes their renovation and relocation projects with total control and full visibility.
